Several challenge words of the day sent me to the same place of reminiscing about the delights of one of my true passions – interior decorating. Actually, I love much more than decor when it comes to homes, including various architectural designs (craftsman is my favorite) and custom finishes.
Back in my real estate days I truly enjoyed touring model homes and even worked on-site at communities of custom builders, whose home prices were well over half a million dollars (a bit excessive, I know!) Without fail, one of the main features to catch my eye was the various light fixtures, especially those used for ambient lighting, from simple to dramatic. Today I searched my personal archive to share pictures of some of what I experienced all around the metro area. I hope you enjoy!
